Ingredient:
- Chicken Thigh Meat
- Mango
- Oyster Mushroom
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut mango into smaller dices
2. Cut chicken thigh and oyster mushroom into thin slices
How to cook:
1. Heat up oil in wok, add in garlic bits
2. Add in chicken thigh meat to stir fry until cooked
3. Add in oyster mushroom and mango to stir fry, follow by 1 tsp of soya sauce and pepper
4. Add in 3 tsp of sweet and sour sauce and continue to stir fry
