Baked Garlic Butter Prawns



Ingredients:
- Prawns
- Garlic
- Butter
- Lemon

Prepare the Ingredient:
1. Peel Prawn and remove spine
2. Marinate with Salt, Pepper, Ginger Powder, Lemon Juice

How to cook:
1. Add Butter on top of each prawn
2. Bake in Oven at 190 deg for 10 mins
3. Squeeze some lemon juice while serving

Spaghetti with Crayfish



Ingredient:
1. Spaghetti 
2. Crayfish
3. White Sliced Mushroom
4. Broccoli


Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cook spaghetti, follow by chopped broccoli, leave aside

How to cook:
1. Melt some butter in non-stick pan
2. Add in minced garlic, followed by sliced white button mushroom
3. Add in crayfish, to cook on both sides
4. Stir fry and add in salt, grounded black pepper and some mixed herbs 
5. Put on one side of the plate, cook spaghetti with tomato sauce and serve on the other side of the plate

Stir Fried Oyster Sauce Prawn in Mee Kia


Ingredient:
- Tiger Prawns
- Mee Kia
- Vege

Prepare the Ingredient:
1. Peel shell off prawns and marinate in oyster sauce, dark soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper
2. Wash and cut vege

How To Cook:
1. Cook Mee Kia in Boiling Water, together with Vege, add some olive oil to the cooked noodle
2. Heat up oil in wok, add in chopped garlic, add in marinated prawn to stir fry until cooked
3. Pour the rest of the seasoning in and continue to stir fry
4. Add some water to create more gravy
5. Pour the dish over the mee kia

Cheeze Butter Prawns with Eggs


Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Tiger Prawns
- Cheeze
- Butter

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, pour in beaten eggs to fry, leave aside in the wok
2. Add in butter, add in minced garlic to stir fry
3. Add in peeled tiger prawns to stir fry
4. Add in some butter to stir fry
5. Add in cheeze and wait for cheeze to melt

Butter Prawns with French Beans


Ingredient:
- Prawns
- French Beans
- Crab Stick

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Remove shell of prawns
2. Cut french beans into smaller slices
3. Cut crab stick into smaller slices

How to cook:
1. Melt some butter in hot wok, add in garlic
2. Add in french beans, followed by prawns and crab stick cubes to stir fry
3. Add in 1tsp of sugar, followed by 1 tsp of butter and stir fry til butter melts.

Asparagus Prawn Skewer



Ingredient:
- Asparagus (Medium slices)
- Prawns
- Butter
- Beer
- Soda Drink

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Slice open the sides of the prawn and remove the dirt on the back
2. Spread out the prawn out and marinate with salt and pepper
3. Cut the ends of the asparagus to make them sharper (easier to make them as skewers)
4. Hit the prawns gently to break the tendons in the prawns so that they do not curl up when cooked
5. Thread the prawn through the asparagus from head to tail

How to cook:
1. Heat up wok, add some oil, add in prawn skewers to cook until orange
2. Add in some beer to mix and stir fry
3. To prepare the sauce, melt some butter in hot wok, then add soda drink 
4. Add some beer and pepper and stir well, until the liquid vaporize and sauce becomes thicker
5. Pour sauce over asparagus prawn skewers

Tomato King Prawns with Eggs

Ingredient:
- King Prawns
- Eggs
- Tomatoes

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Beat up 4 eggs and add in some pepper and 1 tsp of soya sauce
2. Cut tomatoes into small dice
3. Peel shell off king prawns and remove away the spine

How to cook:
1. Heat up ample oil, pour in eggs and diced tomatoes
2. Allow eggs to cook till brown, move to one side, add in peeled king prawns to cook
3. Once king prawns are cooked, mix well with eggs and tomatoes
4. Add in tomato and chilli sauce, followed by 1 tsp of sugar

Stir Fry King Prawns in XO Sauce

Ingredient:
- King Prawns
- Carrot
- Capsicum

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Peel king prawns off their shells
2. Cut carrot and capsicum into thin slices

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, carrot and capsicum to stir fry
2. Add in peeled king prawns to fry until cook
3. Add in 2 tsp of XO sauce and 1 tsp of oyster sauce and stir evenly

Salmon Baked Rice

Ingredient:
- Salmon
- Rice
- Butter
- Raisin
- French Bean
- Mushroom
- Prawns
- Pumpkin
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut salmon into thin strips
2. Cut french beans, pumpkin and mushroom into smaller bits

How to cook:
1. Melt butter in wok
2. Add in prawns and mushroom to stir fry
3. Add in pumpkin to stir fry, follow by uncooked rice
4. Pour rice mixture into rice cooker to cook
5. After butter rice is cooked, pour rice mixture into a baking dish, mix in french beans and raisins
6. Lay salmon strips over the rice mixture and spread shredded cheeze over it
7. Baked for 15 mins.

Ingredient:
- Canned Abalone Top Shell
- Straw Mushroom
- Portobello Mushroom

How to cook:
1. Melt Butter in pan, add in minced garlic to pan fry
2. Add in diced mushrooms to stir fry, follow by diced top shell
3. Add in 1 tsp of butter to stir fry until it melts

Stir Fried Scallop and Asparagus in XO Sauce

Ingredient:
- Fresh Scallop
- Asparagus
- Carrot
- XO Sauce

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut carrot into thin slices, asparagus into smaller pieces
2. Marinade scallops in corn starch, sesame oil and 1 tsp of oyster sauce

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and stir fry garlic bits
2. Add in carrot slices and asparagus strips to stir fry
3. Add in scallop to stir fry
4. Add 2 tsp of XO sauce and 1 tsp of oyster sauce to stir fry and spread the sauce evenly

Jade Abalone with Roast Pork in Oyster Sauce

Ingredient:
- Roask Pork
- Chinese Mushroom
- Canned Jade Abalone
- Broccoli
- Dried Scallop
- Soya Beans

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak chinese mushroom, dried scallop and soya bean in water
2. Cut jade abalone and roast pork into thin slices
3. Cut broccoli and mushroom into smaller pieces

How to cook:
1. Use mushroom water to heat up, followed by soya beans and dried scallop and a little abalone broth and bring soup to boil over medium flame for 1 hour
2. Add in rock sugar, followed by 1 tsp of oyster sauce
3. Scoop out soya beans and dried scallop to put aside, use boiling soup to cook mushroom and then broccoli follow by jade abalone.
4. Take out jade abalone and broccoli after 1 min and lay on plate
5. Make shredded dried scallop and add into soup, thicken soup with cornstarch solution to make into a gravy
6. Pour gravy over dish

Cuttlefish with Sardine in Tomato Sauce

Ingredient:
- Canned Sardine
- Cuttlefish
- Tomatoes
- Onion

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and stir fry onion strips
2. Add in cuttlefish to stir fry
3. Pour in canned sardine
4. Add some tomato sauce, followed by some water and 1 tsp of sugar

Pan Fried Butter Prawns

Ingredient:
- Glass Prawns
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Butter

How to cook:
1. Melt butter in pan/ wok, add in garlic bits to cook till fragrant
2. Turn up the flame and add in peeled prawns to stir fry until prawns are cooked, add in cherry tomatoes, followed by another spoon of butter
3. Add 1 tsp of sugar and fry sugar evenly

Scallop Banana Wanton in Creamy Sauce

Ingredient:
- Scallop
- Banana
- Spring Roll Skin
- Milk
- Flour

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut banana into small pieces, thickness same as scallop

How to cook:
1. To prepare the sauce, heat up pan, add in butter to melt, follow by flour to pan fry with the butter, follow by milk and stir the mixture, add in salt egg york and continue to stir until mixture becomes creamy
2. Pan fry the scallop with butter
3. On a piece of squarish spring roll paper, add in 1 slices of banana, follow by 1 scallop and wrap it up
4. Heat up oil and deep fry the scallop wanton

Fried Prawns Ball



Ingredient:
- Big Prawn
- Lean Meat
- Water Chestnut

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Remove head and shell the prawns, remove the veins and open up the prawn, lying flat on the plate
2. Mince some chopped water chestnut, lean pork, prawn meat
3. Season the mixture with pepper, sugar, salt and corn starch and blend everything together and lay it on the prawns
4. Stick sliced almonds into it to form 3 neat rows

How to cook:
1. Cook the prawns in oil over medium heat

Steam Scallop in Beancurd Skin



Ingredient:
- Minced chicken
- Prawn paste
- Mushroom
- Water chestnut
- Scallop
- Beancurd skin
- Black Fungus
- Asparagus
- Fish Roe

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Mix minced chicken, prawn paste, sliced mushroom, water chestut, then add salt, sugar, cornflour and slam the mixture until pasty.
2. Parboil beancurd skin to tenderise it
3. Stuff the mixture into beancurd skin solidly so that it won't sag
4. Then, parboil the scallop over hot water
5. Coat the scallop with corn flour and lay on top of the beancurd skin mixture

How to cook:
1. Steam the scallop dish for 10 mins
2. Use chicken stock blend with chopped black fungus, add sugar, salt, dark soy sauce and corn starch solution to make the gravy
3. Pour the gravy over the steam scallop in beancurd skin and decorate with asparagus slices and fish roe

Golden Scallop Balls



Ingredient:
- Scallop
- Prawn
- Pumpkin
- Winter Mushroom
- Turnip
- Spring onion

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Coat scallop with corn flour and flatten them
2. Mince prawn meat and season with salt, pepper, sesame oil, cornflour.
3. Add in chopped winter mushroom, turnip and spring onion and mix well
4. Add the paste on top of the flattened scallop and roll into a scallop ball

How to cook:
1. Steam for 10 mins
2. Use pumpkin paste with salt, sugar, chicken stock and starch solution to make the gravy to pour over the scallop balls

Pan Fried Scallop in Berry Sauce


Ingredient:
- Scallop
- Strawberry
- Blueberry

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut strawberry into smaller pieces
2. Marinate scallop with some pepper

How to cook:
1. Add some water in pan to boil, add in chopped strawberries and blueberries, add in 2 big tsp of sugar, cook the berries dissolve into fresh mixed fruit jam.
2. Add olive oil to heated pan, add in scallop to pan fry, pan fry until both side golden brown, then add in some butter to melt to coat the scallops.
3. Transfer scallop onto a plate and pour fruit jam over the scallops.

Steamed Bailing Mushroom with Seafood Mix


Ingredient:
- Bailing Mushroom
- Scallop
- Prawn
- Cod Fish

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut scallop, prawn and cod fish into very small bits
2. Add in egg york, cornflour, salt and hua diao jiu to create a seafood mix paste
3. Cut Bailing Mushroom into thin slice, put some cornstarch on top
4. Place seafood mix paste on top of Bailing Mushroom slice

How to cook:
1. Steam for 15 mins
2. Heat oil, add in onion bits, follow by sour plum sauce, oyster sauce, seasame oil, hua diao jiu, some water and some corn starch solution to make the gravy for the steam mushroom
