Ingredient:
- Cod Fish

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut cod fish into thin slices and coat with bread crumbs before pan frying
2. Mix cereal with milk powder and sugar
How to cook:
1. Pan fry sliced cod fish until golden brown and leave aside
2. Melt butter in wok, add in curry leaves and sliced chili to stir fry
3. Add in cereal mix and continue to stir
4. Lastly, add in pan fried cod fish and mix cereal with cod fish fillet
Ingredient:
- Snow Pear
- Pork Belly
- Mushroom
- Black Fungus
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut pork belly into thin slices, marinate with oyster sauce, sugar and cornflour
2. Cut snow pear into cubes and soak in salt water
3. Cut mushroom and black fungus into smaller slices
How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and brown minced garlic
2. Add in sliced pork belly to cook till brown, add in mushroom and black fungus to continue stir fry
3. Add some oyster sauce, follow by filling pot with ample water to let it stew for 30 mins.
4. Add in snow pear 10 mins before ready and drizzle some cornstarch solution to thicken the gravy
Ingredient:

- Minced Meat
How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, add in beaten eggs to fry until golden brown
2. Add in minced meat to stir fry, follow by french beans
3. Add in 1 tsp of XO sauce to stir fry
Ingredient:
- Chicken Breast
- Chicken Drumstick
- Red Pepper
- Green Pepper
- Yellow Pepper
- Water Chestnut
- Tiger Prawns
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut red, green and yellow pepper into tiny cubes
2. Cut water chestnut into cubes
3. Hand minced chicken breast and chicken drumstick meat
4. Cut tiger prawns into small dices
5. Mix all ingredients together, add 1 tsp of oyster sauce, pepper, 2 tsp of sesame oil, hua tiao wine, 1 egg, 5 spice powder and cornflour
How to cook:
1. Make meat mix into shape of nugget, coat with cornflour
2. Heat up non-stick pan, melt some butter and fry chicken nuggets until golden brown

- King Prawns
- Eggs
- Tomatoes
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Beat up 4 eggs and add in some pepper and 1 tsp of soya sauce
2. Cut tomatoes into small dice
3. Peel shell off king prawns and remove away the spine
How to cook:
1. Heat up ample oil, pour in eggs and diced tomatoes
2. Allow eggs to cook till brown, move to one side, add in peeled king prawns to cook
3. Once king prawns are cooked, mix well with eggs and tomatoes
4. Add in tomato and chilli sauce, followed by 1 tsp of sugar
