Baked Chicken with Pumpkin and Broccoli

Ingredient:
- Chicken Fillet
- Pumpkin
- Broccoli

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate chicken with soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper and terrayaki sauce.
2. Cut pumpkin into smaller pieces

How to cook:
1. Bake pumpkin for 10 mins
2. Add in broccoli and lay marinated chicken cubes over the pumpkin, spread some BBQ sauce over chicken cubes
3. Bake for a further 15 mins

Baked Omelette with Sliced Fish

Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Toufu
- Pumpkin
- Sliced Fish

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut pumpkin into small strips
2. Mash toufu and mix together with eggs, pour over baking dish
3. Lay sliced fish over egg mixture and top with pumpkin strips

How to cook:
1. Bake for 20 mins

Stir Fry Broccoli with King White Mushroom

Ingredient:
- King White Mushroom
- Broccoli
- Chicken Thigh

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Parboil broccoli for 30s
2. Cut king white mushroom and chicken thigh into smaller pieces

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and add in garlic bits
2. Add shredded chicken thigh to stir fry
3. Add in broccoli and king white mushroom to stir fry
4. Add in 1 tsp of oyster sauce and pepper for seasoning

Salmon Baked Rice

Ingredient:
- Salmon
- Rice
- Butter
- Raisin
- French Bean
- Mushroom
- Prawns
- Pumpkin
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut salmon into thin strips
2. Cut french beans, pumpkin and mushroom into smaller bits

How to cook:
1. Melt butter in wok
2. Add in prawns and mushroom to stir fry
3. Add in pumpkin to stir fry, follow by uncooked rice
4. Pour rice mixture into rice cooker to cook
5. After butter rice is cooked, pour rice mixture into a baking dish, mix in french beans and raisins
6. Lay salmon strips over the rice mixture and spread shredded cheeze over it
7. Baked for 15 mins.
