Stir Fry Egg in Tomato Sauce

Ingredient:
- Tomatoes
- Eggs

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut tomatoes into smaller pieces
2. Beat up 3 eggs, add in some soya sauce and pepper, then add in cut tomatoes

How to cook:
1. Pour some oil into wok, allow it to heat up
2. When wok is hot enough, add in egg mixture

3. Allow the egg to cook until it turn light brown underneath, try to flip over to cook the other side of the eggs
4. Add in tomato sauce, follow by some water to make some gravy, add 1 tsp of sugar.
