Pan Fried Salmon with Scramble Eggs

Ingredient:
- Salmon
- Japanese Cucumber
- Cherry Tomato
- Eggs

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Coat salmon (skin part) with corn flour, pepper, salt and sugar
2. Cut japanese cucumber into thin slices
3. Beat up eggs and add in some pepper and soya sauce

How to cook:
1. Melt butter in non stick pan and put salmon with skin side face down.
2. Cook until skin is crispy before turning over to cook the other side
3. Use remaining oil in pan to cook scrambled eggs
4. Add some jam as sauce for the fish
