Creamy Chicken Spaghetti (With Mango Slices)
Ingredient:
- Spaghetti
- Mango Slices
- Chicken Breast Fillet
- Shredded Cheese
- Japanese Cucumber
- All Purpose Full Cream (Nestle)
- Mushroom
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate chicken fillet with salt, cornflour, cooking wine, ginger powder, brown sugar
2. Cook spaghetti in boiling water till soft, cook mushroom in the pot
3. Wash and cut Japanese cucumber in slices
4. Cut mango into slices
How to cook:
1. On a non-stick pan, heat up olive oil and brown some minced garlic
2. Add in marinated chicken slices followed by some butter
3. Add all purpose cream and fill container with water to rinse off remaining residue
4. Pour cooked spaghetti and mushroom into pan and stir fry
5. Add in mango slices
6. Serve on plate and add some shredded cheese on top

Spaghetti with Crayfish
Ingredient:
1. Spaghetti
2. Crayfish
3. White Sliced Mushroom
4. Broccoli
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cook spaghetti, follow by chopped broccoli, leave aside
How to cook:
1. Melt some butter in non-stick pan
2. Add in minced garlic, followed by sliced white button mushroom
3. Add in crayfish, to cook on both sides
4. Stir fry and add in salt, grounded black pepper and some mixed herbs
5. Put on one side of the plate, cook spaghetti with tomato sauce and serve on the other side of the plate
Cod Fish Arrowroot Soup
Ingredient:
- Cod Fish
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Arrow Root
- Corn
- Brussels Sprout
- Fish Balls
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut cod fish into slices and marinate with salt and grounded black pepper.
2. Cut Arrow Root and Corn into smaller pieces
How to cook:
1. Boil water, add arrowroot, corn and chicken bones to cook for 1 hr over medium fire
2. Add in brussels sprout to cook, follow by cod fish slices and fish balls
