Home Made Pizza
Ingredients:
- 150g of baking flour
- 7 g of instant yeast
- 3 g of sugar
- 2 g of salt
- 100ml of water
- 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 5 button mushroom
- chicken breast
- organic cherry tomatoes
- canned pureed tomatoes
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Sprinkle sugar and yeast over water in a separate bowl. Set aside for about 10 min till frothy.
2. Pour flour, oil and salt into a mixing bowl. Pour in the yeast mixture.
3. Knead dough till smooth and springy, make sure not sticky, else add more flour.
4. Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Proof for about 30 min till double in size
5. Wash and slice tomatoes, button mushroom and chicken breast
6. After 30 mins, Knock back dough and roll out a square shape dough to fit the crumb pan
7. Place on a greased and floured baking pan
8. Spread pureed tomatoes on top of pizza dough
9. Spread a layer of cheese
10. Add sliced tomatoes, mushroom and chicken breast
11. Spread another layer of cheese
How to cook:
1. Bake at 220degC for 15-20 min till the crust is brown and the cheese is bubbly

Baked Garlic Butter Prawns
Ingredients:
- Prawns
- Garlic
- Butter
- Lemon
Prepare the Ingredient:
1. Peel Prawn and remove spine
2. Marinate with Salt, Pepper, Ginger Powder, Lemon Juice
How to cook:
1. Add Butter on top of each prawn
2. Bake in Oven at 190 deg for 10 mins
3. Squeeze some lemon juice while serving
Baked White Fish with Cornflakes
Ingredient:
- Frozen White Fish
- Cornflakes
- Cherry Tomatoes
How to cook:
1. Marinate Fish with Salt, Pepper, Ginger Powder and add some crushed cornflakes on top.
2. Bake at 200 deg for another 15 mins.
Baked Chicken Breast
Ingredient:
- Sakura Chicken Breast
- Asparagus
- Pumpkin
- Lemon
Prepare the Ingredient:
1. Marinate Chicken with salt, pepper, ginger powder and lemon juice
How to cook:
1. Place Chicken Breasts on Sliced Lemon on top of grill, place vegetables below
2. Bake for around 30 mins in 200 degree and flip over half way through
