Ingredient:
- Cod Fish
- XL size prawns
- Green, Red & Yellow Pepper
- Mango
- Water Chestnut (optional)
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Remove skin of cod fish, then cut into cubes
2. Peel shell of prawns, make a slice on the back of the prawns
3. Cut green, red & yellow pepper and mango into smaller cubes
4. Prepare corn starch solution
How to cook:
1. Coat some tempura flour/ crispy flour onto the fish and prawn and deep fry to 80% cooked, set aside first
2. Heat oil and garnish garlic
3. Add in peppers and mango to stir fry
4. Add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 3 tsp of tomato sauce, then add 1 tsp of sugar
5. Add in fried prawns and cod fish to stir fry
6. Add in corn starch solution to create the gravy
