Pan Fried Minced Pork with Lotus Root

Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Lotus Root

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut lotus root into small dices
2. Add to minced pork and marinate with sugar, soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper, egg york and cornflour
3. Make into patty shape

How to cook:
1. Steam for 5 mins
2. Pan fried until crispy brown
