Chicken Nugget

Ingredient:
- Chicken Breast
- Chicken Drumstick
- Red Pepper
- Green Pepper
- Yellow Pepper
- Water Chestnut
- Tiger Prawns

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut red, green and yellow pepper into tiny cubes
2. Cut water chestnut into cubes
3. Hand minced chicken breast and chicken drumstick meat
4. Cut tiger prawns into small dices
5. Mix all ingredients together, add 1 tsp of oyster sauce, pepper, 2 tsp of sesame oil, hua tiao wine, 1 egg, 5 spice powder and cornflour

How to cook:
1. Make meat mix into shape of nugget, coat with cornflour
2. Heat up non-stick pan, melt some butter and fry chicken nuggets until golden brown




Stir Fried Kang Kong with Eggs in XO Sauce

Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Kang Kong
- XO Sauce

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Beat up eggs, add 1 tsp of soya sauce and some pepper
2. Wash kang kong thoroughly to get rid of the sand

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, pour in beaten eggs to cook until one side is golden brown
2. Break up the eggs into smaller pieces and add in kang kong to stir fry
3. Add in 2 tsp of XO sauce and some water to continue to stir fry until the water evaporates off

Stir Fried Peppers with Fish Maw

Ingredient:
- Green Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Yellow Pepper
- Fish Maw

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak fish maw in water to soften
2. Cut red, green, yellow pepper into smaller pieces

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and stir fry garlic
2. Add in pepper to stir fry
3. Add 1tsp of oyster sauce, soya sauce and add some water
4. Add in fish maw to stew for 10 mins.

Honey Baked Cod Fish


Ingredient:
- Cod Fish
- Honey

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate cod fish with sesame oil, soya sauce, terayaki sauce and black pepper for at least 1 hour
2. Coat marinated cod fish with honey before baking

How to cook:
1. Switch to bake 3 mode (cookies) and bake for 15 mins

Pan Fried Mince Meat Patty



Ingredient:

- Pork Belly
- Mushroom
- Chilli
- Water Chestnut
- Prawn

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Minced pork belly through repeated chopping
2. Cut water chestnut, mushroom, chilli into smaller pieces
3. Cut prawns into smaller dices
4. Mixed all ingredient together, add soya sauce, pepper, oyster sauce, hua tiao wine, sesame oil, one egg and cornflour

How to cook:
1. Melt butter on non-stick pan
2. Make small balls of minced meat mixture and press to make it as flat as possible (to ensure meat is fully cooked)
3. Cook until both sides are golden brown
