Pan Fried Mince Meat Patty



Ingredient:

- Pork Belly
- Mushroom
- Chilli
- Water Chestnut
- Prawn

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Minced pork belly through repeated chopping
2. Cut water chestnut, mushroom, chilli into smaller pieces
3. Cut prawns into smaller dices
4. Mixed all ingredient together, add soya sauce, pepper, oyster sauce, hua tiao wine, sesame oil, one egg and cornflour

How to cook:
1. Melt butter on non-stick pan
2. Make small balls of minced meat mixture and press to make it as flat as possible (to ensure meat is fully cooked)
3. Cook until both sides are golden brown
