Ingredient:
- Cod Fish
- Cereal
- Butter
- Curry Leaves
- Chili
- Milk Powder
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut cod fish into thin slices and coat with bread crumbs before pan frying
2. Mix cereal with milk powder and sugar
How to cook:
1. Pan fry sliced cod fish until golden brown and leave aside
2. Melt butter in wok, add in curry leaves and sliced chili to stir fry
3. Add in cereal mix and continue to stir
4. Lastly, add in pan fried cod fish and mix cereal with cod fish fillet
Ingredient:
- Snow Pear
- Pork Belly
- Mushroom
- Black Fungus
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut pork belly into thin slices, marinate with oyster sauce, sugar and cornflour
2. Cut snow pear into cubes and soak in salt water
3. Cut mushroom and black fungus into smaller slices
How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and brown minced garlic
2. Add in sliced pork belly to cook till brown, add in mushroom and black fungus to continue stir fry
3. Add some oyster sauce, follow by filling pot with ample water to let it stew for 30 mins.
4. Add in snow pear 10 mins before ready and drizzle some cornstarch solution to thicken the gravy
