Salmon Fried Rice
Ingredient:
- Salmon
- French Beans
- Garlic
- Butter
- Cooked Rice
- Eggs
- Fish Balls
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut salmon & fish balls into dices
2. Cut french beans into smaller pieces
3. Beat up 3 eggs, add soya sauce and pepper
How to cook:
1. Heat up olive oil, add in beaten eggs, stir when eggs start to solidify
2. Add in some more olive oil, add some salt, add in french beans to stir fry
3. Add in salmon and fish ball to continue to stir fry
4. Put some butter on cooked rice before adding to wok to stir fry
