Brown Rice with Fried Char Siew Eggs, Steam Pomfret and Vege



Ingredient:
- Pomfret
- Pumpkin
- Brocoli
- Eggs
- Char Siew 
- Prawn

How to Cook:
1. Soak Brown Rice for 1 hour in hot water before cooking
2. Fry egg with chopped char siew, chopped prawns and some onions
3. Stir fry pumpkin, brocoli after frying eggs
4. Steam pomfret
5. Serve in portions on a plate

Baked Fish with Fried Rice



Ingredient:
- Fish
- Lemon
- Broccoli
- Tomatoes

How to Cook:
1. Marinate Fish with Salt, Pepper, Ginger Sauce and Lemon Juice
2. Bake for 30 mins and make sure fish is cook


Potato Croquettes



Ingredient:
- Potato
- Chicken Breast
- Mushroom
- Cheese

How to cook:
1. Make mash potato by cooking potato cubes in hot water and mashing them when they are soft, add some salt and pepper to marinate
2. Stuff mash potato with sliced chicken diced, mushroom and cheese
3. Cover top with bread crumbs and bake for 30 mins until golden brown

Steam Flounder Fish with Vege and Tomatoes

Ingredient:
- Tomatoes
- Sliced Flounder Fish
- Vegetable

How to Cook:
1. Lay all ingredients on a single plate, pour in soya sauce, fish sauce, pepper and steam for 10 mins

Braised Chicken Wing with Kway Tiao



Ingredient:
- Chicken Wings
- Carrot
- Tomatoes
- Kway Tiao

How to Cook:
1. Cook chicken wing in pot with soya sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce and water, cook for 20 mins
2. Cook Kway Tiao and serve in bowl with soya sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and fish sauce

Scallion Ginger Sauce




Ingredient:
- Spring Onion
- Garlic
- Onion
- Ginger

How to cook:
1. Blend all ingredient in blender
2. Heat up hot oil and pour over blended ingredient in kitchen sink, be careful of initial reaction from pouring hot oil unto ingredients
