Brown Rice with Fried Char Siew Eggs, Steam Pomfret and Vege
Ingredient:
- Pomfret
- Pumpkin
- Brocoli
- Eggs
- Char Siew
- Prawn
How to Cook:
1. Soak Brown Rice for 1 hour in hot water before cooking
2. Fry egg with chopped char siew, chopped prawns and some onions
3. Stir fry pumpkin, brocoli after frying eggs
4. Steam pomfret
5. Serve in portions on a plate
