Prepare the Ingredient:
1. Cut carrot, garlic, onion, mushroom, water chestnut, prawn into small pieces
2. Mix all ingredient together with pork, add black pepper, 5 spice powder, salt, soya sauce, sesame oil, a little fish sauce, 2 eggs
3. Wrap in beancurd skin
How to cook:
1. Steam for 8 mins
2. Put in freezer or pan fry to brown colour

How to Cook:
1. Cut ingredient into small sizes and steam for 5 mins
2. Add ingredient to baking dish, pour in canned full cream milk, add salt, pepper, butter and shredded cheese
3. Add a piece of pastry dough on top
4. Preheat oven at 180 deg for 15 mins (top and bottom rack)
5. Bake for further 15 mins (top rack) until pastry turn brown
Ingredient:
- 1 ripe avocados
- 100g butter, at room temperature
- 100g sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 170g all-purpose flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 50g ground almonds
How to bake:
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180°C) for 15 mins.
2. Add to a bowl butter, sugar, vanilla extract and salt and mix well.
3. Extract avocado and add into the mixture, use a masher to mash all together
4. Mix the flour with the baking powder and crushed walnuts into butter sugar mixture.
5. Add the eggs one by one and mix well.
6. Add in some milk and mix well.
7. Grease a 12 inch loaf tin and dust with flour. Pour in the batter and even out the surface. Bake for 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in the tin for several minutes.
How to Cook:
1. Cut wanton skin into smaller portions
2. Deep fry in a small pot of olive oil
3. Transfer to baking sheet to soak the oil and add 1 tsp of sugar to coat on hot wanton skin

- 7 g of instant yeast
- 3 g of sugar
- 2 g of salt
- 100ml of water
- 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 5 button mushroom

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Sprinkle sugar and yeast over water in a separate bowl. Set aside for about 10 min till frothy.
2. Pour flour, oil and salt into a mixing bowl. Pour in the yeast mixture.
3. Knead dough till smooth and springy, make sure not sticky, else add more flour.
4. Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Proof for about 30 min till double in size
5. Wash and slice tomatoes, button mushroom and chicken breast
6. After 30 mins, Knock back dough and roll out a square shape dough to fit the crumb pan
7. Place on a greased and floured baking pan
8. Spread pureed tomatoes on top of pizza dough
9. Spread a layer of cheese
10. Add sliced tomatoes, mushroom and chicken breast
11. Spread another layer of cheese
