Stir Fried Ee Fu Noodle



Ingredients:
- Ee Fu Noodle
- Cai Xin
- Carrot
- Button Mushroom
- Eggs

How to cook:
1. Cut all ingredient into small portions
2. Heat up wok, add oil and fry eggs first, then cook some minced garlic
3. Add in ingredients to stir fry
4. Add in ee fu noodles (soak in water first) then continue to stir fry
5. Add in sauce (soya sauce + fish sauce) and 1 tsp of garlic chili to stir fry
