Hairy Cucumber Stir-fried with Vermicelli


Ingredient:
- Hairy Cucumber
- Carrot
- Fishball
- Vermicelli (Tong Fen)
- Dried Shrimplet

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut Hairy Cucumber and Carrot into shreds
2. Diced Fish Ball

How to cook:
1. Stir Fry Garlic, then add in shrimplet
2. Add in diced fish ball to stir fry
3. Add in Carrot to stir fry, followed by Hairy Cucumber
4. Add some salt to the mixture
5. Add some water, cover it to stew for 5 mins
6. Once water has purged, add in vermicelli to absorb the gravy, then serve
