Pork Egg Roll
Ingredient:
- Egg
- Seaweed
- Onion
- Spring Onion
- Conflour
- Minced Meat
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Add flour, water, salt to beaten egg
2. Add chopped spring onion, chopped onion, dark soya sauce, sesame oil, hua tiao wine, conflour, pepper to minced pork and mixed thoroughly
How to cook:
1. Add egg mixture to gently fry in wok to create "skin", add some chopped onion/ shredded cheese on top
2. Gently transfer the cooked egg "skin" to plate, add a square piece of seaweed on top
3. Spread Minced Pork Mixture on top
4. Roll it up and steam for 20 mins
5. After steamed, cut into smaller slices
6. Add some tomato ketchup on top (optional)
