Golden Scallop Roll
Ingredient:
- Scallop (3 per roll)
- Banana (2 per roll)
- Ham
- Seaweed
- Crispy Flour
- Rice Paper
- Lettuce
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut banana into smaller slices
2. Cut ham and seaweed into small squares
3. Wrap on rice paper the following sequence (seaweed-scallop-seaweed-ham-banana-seaweed-scallop-seaweed-ham-banana-seaweed-scallop-seaweed)
4. Add 1 small bowl of oil to 2 bowl of crispy flour, mix well, add some water after mixing
How to cook:
1. Dip wrapped roll into crispy flour mixture, gently squeeze to make mixture compact then deep fry
2. After deep fry, cut roll into 2, lay on top of lettuce, can add mayonise
