Ingredient:
- Fresh Scallop
- Asparagus
- Carrot
- XO Sauce
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut carrot into thin slices, asparagus into smaller pieces
2. Marinade scallops in corn starch, sesame oil and 1 tsp of oyster sauce
How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and stir fry garlic bits
2. Add in carrot slices and asparagus strips to stir fry
3. Add in scallop to stir fry
4. Add 2 tsp of XO sauce and 1 tsp of oyster sauce to stir fry and spread the sauce evenly
