Ingredient:
- Pumpkin
- Eggs
- Char Siew
- Fish Toufu
- Kailan
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cook rice and leave in fridge (uncovered) overnight
2. Cut Kailan stalk into small slices
3. Cut fish toufu, char siew and pumpkin into small cubes
How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, fry eggs and leave aside
2. Heat up oil, add in garlic bit and allow garlic to brown
3. Add in sliced kailan stalks, pumpkin cubes to stir fry
4. Add in fish toufu and char siew to stir fry and add in fried eggs, mix all ingredient around
5. Add in rice to stir fry
6. Add in pepper, fish sauce and some tomato sauce to stir fry until uniform
