Meat Ball with Black Fungus


Ingredient:
- Minced Meat
- Fish cake
- Black Fungus
- Tomatoes
- Toufu
- French Beans

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate minced meat with sesame oil, soya sauce, pepper, cornflour and roll into a ball
2. Cut fish cake, black fungus, tomatoes, toufu, french beans into smaller pieces.

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, stir fry garlic, add in black fungus, followed by fish cake, french beans and tomatoes to stir fry
2. Add some water to form gravy and then put in minced meat balls to cook
