Bah Kut Teh

Ingredient:
- Pork Ribs
- Garlic
- Bah Kut Teh seasoning

How to cook:
1. Add Pork Ribs and garlic into water and start to boil
2. Once water boil, add in seasoning
3. Turn to medium flame to cook for 1 hour
4. Add in dark soya sauce and mushroom and cook for another 15mins
5. Add in beancurd skin to cook for another 10 mins

Steamed Fish

Ingredient:
- Garlic, Chilli
- Fresh Fish

How to cook:
1. Cut garlic and chilli into small pieces and spread over fish
2. Add some soya sauce, sesame oil
3. Steam for 15 mins

Fried French Beans with Shredded Carrots

Ingredient:
- French Beans
- Carrot
- Dried Shrimplet

Prepare the ingredients:
1. Soak dried shrimplets in water
2. Cut French beans in thin slices
3. Shred carrot

How to cook:
1. Fry garlic till light brown
2. Fry dried shrimplets
3. Add in sliced French beans and fry
4. Follow by shredded carrot
5. Add little bit of seasoning

American Breakfast


Ingredient:
-Eggs
-Ham/ cocktail saugages
-Jap Cucumber/ Lettuce/ tomato
-Apple
-Bread
-Cheeze

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Put cheeze on top of bread
2. Cut apple and cucumber/ tomato into thin slices
3. Beat up eggs and add some seasoning

How to cook:
1. Toast bread in toaster with cheeze
2. Cook ham over non stick pan/ boil
3. Add beaten eggs in non stick pan with little oil, start stiring when eggs start to sodify, then add some milk and continue stirring until scrambled egg is formed (semi solid liquid state)

Steamed Toufu with Pork and Tomatoes



Ingredient:
-Toufu
-Tomatoes
-Minced Pork
-Chilli

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut Tomatoes and chilli into thin slices
2. Put sliced tomatoes on plate first
3. Put toufu on top of tomatoes and minced meat on top of toufu
4. Put shreded chilli on top of minced meat
5. Add some seasoning, light soya sauce and sesame oil

1. Steam for 15mins

Fried Egg with Bitter Gourd



Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Bitter Gourd

How to cook:
1. Cut Bitter Gourd into semi circle slides
2. Fry with eggs

Stir Fried Chicken Cubes with Green Pepper



Ingredient:
- Chicken Breast
- Red Pepper
- Green Pepper
- Mushroom

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut chicken into cubes
2. Cut green pepper, red pepper and mushroom into smaller pieces

How to cook:
1. When oil is hot, add in minced garlic/ ginger to stir fry
2. Add in mushroom and chicken cubes to stir fry
3. Add dark soya sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and some pepper
4. Add in green and red pepper
5. Add some corn starch solution to thicken gravy

Picnic Meal

Ingredient:
Bread
Crab Meat
Eggs
Cocktail saugage (with cheese)
Baby tomatoes
Mixed bean

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Prepare a hard boiled egg to cut into very small pieces, mix with finely chopped crab stick meat.
2. Spread some butter on bread, put the filling of crab meat + eggs onto bread.
3. Cook cocktail sauge in boiling water, then cut into smaller pieces
4. Mix together with baby tomatoes and cooked mix beans

Magi Mee with Luncheon Mee

Ingredient:
Luncheon Meat
Magi Mee
Crab Stick
Eggs
Sliced Fish

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut luncheon meat into thin slices
2. Cut crab meat into dices

How to cook:
1. With low oil, pan-fry luncheon meat till crispy, put in separate plate
2. Boil water in pot
3. When water boil, add in fish slices
4. Add in Magi Mee, stir
5. Add in crab meat dice
6. Add in egg

Pan Fried Egg with Prawn/ Char Siew


Ingredient:
Eggs
Char Siew/ Prawns
Onions

How to cook:
1. Beat up eggs, add in chopped char siew or peeled prawns and some onions
2. Put oil in pan, pour eggs with char siew/ prawns and onions
3. Flip over when ready

Steamed Garlic Prawns

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Remove legs of prawns so that its easier to peel later
2. Add chopped garlic on top of prawns
3. Add soya sauce, seasame oil, hua tiao wine

How to cook:
1. Steam for 15mins

Fried Hokkien Mee



Ingredient:
Prawn
Squid
Pork (3 layers)
Yellow Mee
Bee Hoon (Chu)
Cai Xin

How to cook:
1. Stir fry garlic till brown
2. Add in sliced squid and pork
3. Continue to fry till cook
4. Add in Cai Xin stalks to stir fry
5. Add in soya sauce, pepper
6. Add in 2 types of mee
7. Add in prawns
8. Continue to stir fry, add water if too dry

Steamed Egg

How to cook:
1. Beat up egg
2. Add minced meat inside
3. Add soya sauce, pepper and some water
4. Steam for 15 mins

Tempura Prawns

Ingredient:
Peeled Prawn
Tempura Flour
Egg

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Add water to tempura flour
2. Add 1 egg
3. Add 1 teaspoon of soya sauce

How to cook:
1. Heat up cooking oil in wok
2. Coat prawns in tempura sauce and fry

Nasi Lemak Rice

Ingredient:
Rice
Coconut milk

How to cook:
1. Cook rice as per normal, but instead of water add coconut milk, then top up with water, but dont put too much water
2. Put in rice cooker to cook

Tonic Soup


Ingredient:
Pork Ribs
5 types of herbs

How to cook:
1. Boil water in ceramic/ stone pot
2. Put in herbs and pork ribs
3. Put medium flames to cook for 1.5 hours
4. Add some soya sauce for flavouring


Fried Cod Fish



Ingredient:
Cod Fish
Corn Flour

How to cook:
1. Seasoned fish with a bit salt
2. Spread cornflour on fish
3. Heat the work first, then slowly fry fish over medium flame, do not turn too quickly, else fish will break into small pieces
