Ingredient:
- Bee Hoon
- Fish Cake
- Prawns
- Cai Xin
- Canned Pork Leg
- Eggs
- Silver Fish
- Carrot
- Brown Mushroom
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak Bee Hoon in water to soften
2. Cut carrot and fish cake into fine strips
3. Beat up eggs and mix with silver fish
4. Peel prawns and slit the back of the prawns
How to cook:
1. Warm wok, add oil to pan fry silver fish in eggs, put aside first
2. Warm oil to fry garlic bits, add in carrot strips and fish cake to stir fry
3. Add in brown mushroom to stir fry, followed by prawns
4. Pour in canned pork leg to stir fry, remove bones and cut pork leg meat into small bits
5. Add in cai xin to stir fry, add 1 tsp of soya sauce, 1 tsp of oyster sauce and some pepper
6. Add in bee hoon to stir fry and allow bee hoon to absorb the gravy
7. Add in fried eggs to mix with bee hoon
