Fresh Wild Yam with Peanut Soup

Ingredient:
- Fresh Wild Yam (Huai Shan)
- Carrot
- Red Dates
- Peanut
- Chicken Wings/ Pork Ribs

How to cook:
1. Boil water and add in chicken wings/ pork ribs and peanuts
2. Add in carrot, huai shan and red dates and cook over medium fire for 1 hour
3. Add 1 tsp of soya sauce for seasoning.
