Stir Fried Macaroni with Pork and Red Pepper


Ingredient:
- Macaroni
- Red Pepper
- Lean Pork
- Fish Cake
- Raisin
- Cai Xin

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut lean meat, red pepper and fish cake into thin slices
2. Soak macaroni in water to soften

How to cook:
1. Warm oil, add in garlic bits to stir fry for fragrance
2. Add in lean pork to stir fry, followed by red pepper and fish cake
3. Add in cai xin last to stir fry, followed by 1 tsp of soya sauce, sesame oil and some pepper
4. Add in some water to increase gravy, pour in macaroni to cook
5. Add some butter in to thicken the gravy
6. Add some raisin to briefly stir fry
