Braised Pork Belly with Black Fungus
Ingredient:
- Pork Belly
- Black Fungus
- Beancurd
- Dried Shrimplet
- Mushroom
- Niao Gao
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut pork belly into smaller slices and marinate with dark soya sauce, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil, together with unpeeled garlic
2. Soak dried mushroom and shrimplet to soften
How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and add in dried shrimplet to stir fry
2. Add in marinated pork belly and continue to stir fry
3. Add water, mushroom, niao gao and dark soya sauce and let it stew for further 30 mins
4. Add in black fungus and beancurd and it stew for further 15 mins
5. Add some cooking oil before serving
