Red Glutinous Wine Mee Sua


Ingredient:
- Pork (Sliced or diced)
- Red Glutinous Wine Lees
- Mee Sua
- Lady Finger
- Mushroom
- Tomatoes

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate sliced pork in red glutinous wine lees, blended ginger, soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper
2. Cut lady finger into smaller slices

How to cook:
1. Heat up olive oil in pan, stir fry some garlic bits
2. Add in marinated pork to stir fry
3. Add in mushroom, lady finger to stir fry
4. Add wine and water, let it heat for 5mins
5. Add in Mee Sua to cook, follow by cherry tomatoes
