Stir Fry Egg Noodle



Ingredient:
- Egg Noodle
- Lady Finger
- Carrot
- Mushroom
- Eggs
- Fish

How to cook:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add in egg noodle till soften
2. Heat up wok, add in oil, add in beaten eggs, stir when almost solidify to make egg pieces
3. Add some more oil and stir fry garlic, add in fish slices to stir fry
4. Add in carrot, lady finger and mushroom, continue to stir fry
5. Add in some dark soya sauce, some sesame oil, some salt to taste
6. Add in cooked egg noodle and mix the all ingredient
