Red Glutinous Wine Chicken


Ingredient:
- Chicken Leg Meat (Deboned)
- Red Glutinous Wine Lees
- Red Glutinous Wine or Shao Xing Wine or Hua Diao Wine

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut chicken leg meat into smaller pieces
2. Marinade with 1 tsp of red glutinous wine lees and wine

How to cook:
1. Heat up sesame oil
2. Add in few slices of ginger to stir fry
3. Add in marinated chicken pieces to stir fry, add in 1 tsp of red glutinous red wine lees and continue to stir fry
4. Add in 1 tsp of wine and cook until chicken is fully cooked.
