Hamburger Patty


Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Minced Chicken
- Raw Fish Ball
- Red Onions

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut raw fish balls into small cubes and mix together with minced chicken pork mixture
2. Cut onion into small cubes and mix together with the meat mix and add pepper, soya sauce, ginger wine, BBQ sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil

How to cook:
1. Add olive oil to non stick pan and heat up the oil
2. Use the minced meat to make into a patty shape and pan fry both sides till golden brown (approx 15mins)

Pan Fried Cod Fish with Bread Crumbs


Ingredient:
- Bread Crumbs
- Cod Fish

How to cook:
1. Coat cod fish with bread crumbs
2. Pan fry cod fish until it turns golden brown on both side

Pork Belly Shabu Shabu Korea BBQ Style


Ingredient:
- Pork Belly Shabu Shabu
- Garlic
- Lettuce

How to cook:
1. Marinate shabu shabu with BBQ sauce, soya sauce, oyster sauce, ginger wine, black pepper and pan fry on non stick pan
2. Wrap shabu shabu with lettuce and sliced garlic



Black Beans Lotus Soup


Ingredient:
- Black Beans
- Lotus Roots
- Pork Ribs
- Red Dates
- Black Dates

How to cook:
1. Put all ingredients in boiling water and allow it to cook for 1.5 hours.
