Cereal Cod Fish


Ingredient:
- Cod Fish
- Cereal
- Butter
- Curry Leaves
- Chili
- Milk Powder

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut cod fish into thin slices and coat with bread crumbs before pan frying
2. Mix cereal with milk powder and sugar

How to cook:
1. Pan fry sliced cod fish until golden brown and leave aside
2. Melt butter in wok, add in curry leaves and sliced chili to stir fry
3. Add in cereal mix and continue to stir
4. Lastly, add in pan fried cod fish and mix cereal with cod fish fillet

Stewed Pork Belly with Snow Pear


Ingredient:
- Snow Pear
- Pork Belly
- Mushroom
- Black Fungus

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut pork belly into thin slices, marinate with oyster sauce, sugar and cornflour
2. Cut snow pear into cubes and soak in salt water
3. Cut mushroom and black fungus into smaller slices

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and brown minced garlic
2. Add in sliced pork belly to cook till brown, add in mushroom and black fungus to continue stir fry
3. Add some oyster sauce, follow by filling pot with ample water to let it stew for 30 mins.
4. Add in snow pear 10 mins before ready and drizzle some cornstarch solution to thicken the gravy

Butter Pan Fried Stingray


Ingredient:
- Stingray
- Butter

How to cook:
1. Heat up butter in non stick pan
2. Add in stingray to pan fry
3. Squeeze lemon juice on stingray

Stir Fry French Beans with Minced Meat


Ingredient:
- French Bean
- Eggs
- Minced Meat

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, add in beaten eggs to fry until golden brown
2. Add in minced meat to stir fry, follow by french beans
3. Add in 1 tsp of XO sauce to stir fry

Stir Fry Cabbage with Fish Balls



Ingredient:
- Fish Balls
- Cabbage
- Carrot

How to cook:
1. Heat oil, add in minced garlic to stir fry
2. Add in cabbage and sliced carrot to stir fry
3. Add in some water and allow the cabbage and carrot to slimmer, add in 1 tsp of soya sauce
4. Add in fish balls to cook

Cheeze Butter Prawns with Eggs


Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Tiger Prawns
- Cheeze
- Butter

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, pour in beaten eggs to fry, leave aside in the wok
2. Add in butter, add in minced garlic to stir fry
3. Add in peeled tiger prawns to stir fry
4. Add in some butter to stir fry
5. Add in cheeze and wait for cheeze to melt

Hamburger Patty


Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Minced Chicken
- Raw Fish Ball
- Red Onions

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut raw fish balls into small cubes and mix together with minced chicken pork mixture
2. Cut onion into small cubes and mix together with the meat mix and add pepper, soya sauce, ginger wine, BBQ sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil

How to cook:
1. Add olive oil to non stick pan and heat up the oil
2. Use the minced meat to make into a patty shape and pan fry both sides till golden brown (approx 15mins)

Pan Fried Cod Fish with Bread Crumbs

How to cook:
1. Coat cod fish with bread crumbs
2. Pan fry cod fish until it turns golden brown on both side

Pork Belly Shabu Shabu Korea BBQ Style


Ingredient:
- Pork Belly Shabu Shabu
- Garlic
- Lettuce

How to cook:
1. Marinate shabu shabu with BBQ sauce, soya sauce, oyster sauce, ginger wine, black pepper and pan fry on non stick pan
2. Wrap shabu shabu with lettuce and sliced garlic



Black Beans Lotus Soup


Ingredient:
- Black Beans
- Lotus Roots
- Pork Ribs
- Red Dates
- Black Dates

How to cook:
1. Put all ingredients in boiling water and allow it to cook for 1.5 hours.

Chicken Nugget

Ingredient:
- Chicken Breast
- Chicken Drumstick
- Red Pepper
- Green Pepper
- Yellow Pepper
- Water Chestnut
- Tiger Prawns

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut red, green and yellow pepper into tiny cubes
2. Cut water chestnut into cubes
3. Hand minced chicken breast and chicken drumstick meat
4. Cut tiger prawns into small dices
5. Mix all ingredients together, add 1 tsp of oyster sauce, pepper, 2 tsp of sesame oil, hua tiao wine, 1 egg, 5 spice powder and cornflour

How to cook:
1. Make meat mix into shape of nugget, coat with cornflour
2. Heat up non-stick pan, melt some butter and fry chicken nuggets until golden brown




Stir Fried Kang Kong with Eggs in XO Sauce

Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Kang Kong
- XO Sauce

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Beat up eggs, add 1 tsp of soya sauce and some pepper
2. Wash kang kong thoroughly to get rid of the sand

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, pour in beaten eggs to cook until one side is golden brown
2. Break up the eggs into smaller pieces and add in kang kong to stir fry
3. Add in 2 tsp of XO sauce and some water to continue to stir fry until the water evaporates off

Stir Fried Peppers with Fish Maw

Ingredient:
- Green Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Yellow Pepper
- Fish Maw

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak fish maw in water to soften
2. Cut red, green, yellow pepper into smaller pieces

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and stir fry garlic
2. Add in pepper to stir fry
3. Add 1tsp of oyster sauce, soya sauce and add some water
4. Add in fish maw to stew for 10 mins.

Honey Baked Cod Fish


Ingredient:
- Cod Fish
- Honey

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate cod fish with sesame oil, soya sauce, terayaki sauce and black pepper for at least 1 hour
2. Coat marinated cod fish with honey before baking

How to cook:
1. Switch to bake 3 mode (cookies) and bake for 15 mins

Pan Fried Mince Meat Patty



Ingredient:

- Pork Belly
- Mushroom
- Chilli
- Water Chestnut
- Prawn

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Minced pork belly through repeated chopping
2. Cut water chestnut, mushroom, chilli into smaller pieces
3. Cut prawns into smaller dices
4. Mixed all ingredient together, add soya sauce, pepper, oyster sauce, hua tiao wine, sesame oil, one egg and cornflour

How to cook:
1. Melt butter on non-stick pan
2. Make small balls of minced meat mixture and press to make it as flat as possible (to ensure meat is fully cooked)
3. Cook until both sides are golden brown

Mash Pumpkin with Mushroom and Ham



Ingredient:
- Australian Pumpkin
- Mushroom
- Ham
- Crabstick
- Cheeze

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut mushroom, ham and crab stick into small pieces
2. Cut pumpkin into smaller cubes

How to cook:
1. In a pot of boiling water, add pumpkin cubes and cook till pumpkin soften
2. Pour away excesss water and use masher to mash pumpkin in pot over medium flame
3. Add in butter and cheeze to thicken mash
4. Add mushroom, ham and crab stick into mash to cook and continue stirring until ingredients are cooked

Butter Prawns with French Beans


Ingredient:
- Prawns
- French Beans
- Crab Stick

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Remove shell of prawns
2. Cut french beans into smaller slices
3. Cut crab stick into smaller slices

How to cook:
1. Melt some butter in hot wok, add in garlic
2. Add in french beans, followed by prawns and crab stick cubes to stir fry
3. Add in 1tsp of sugar, followed by 1 tsp of butter and stir fry til butter melts.

Minced Chicken Steamed Toufu


Ingredient:
- Toufu
- Chicken Breast Meat

- Crab Stick
- Mushroom

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak mushroom to soften and then cut into small cubes
2. Cut crab stick into smaller cubes
3. Remove veins from chicken breast and cut into small pieces before mincing into paste
4. Mix all ingredient together, add 1 tsp of soya sauce, some pepper, 1 tsp of sesame oil and some corn flour

How to cook:
1. Spread over toufu and steam for 10 mins.

Asparagus Prawn Skewer



Ingredient:
- Asparagus (Medium slices)
- Prawns
- Butter
- Beer
- Soda Drink

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Slice open the sides of the prawn and remove the dirt on the back
2. Spread out the prawn out and marinate with salt and pepper
3. Cut the ends of the asparagus to make them sharper (easier to make them as skewers)
4. Hit the prawns gently to break the tendons in the prawns so that they do not curl up when cooked
5. Thread the prawn through the asparagus from head to tail

How to cook:
1. Heat up wok, add some oil, add in prawn skewers to cook until orange
2. Add in some beer to mix and stir fry
3. To prepare the sauce, melt some butter in hot wok, then add soda drink 
4. Add some beer and pepper and stir well, until the liquid vaporize and sauce becomes thicker
5. Pour sauce over asparagus prawn skewers

Braised Pork with Peanuts



Ingredients:
- Peanuts (skinless)
- Pork Knuckle/ Trotter
- Ginger
- Mushroom

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Blanch pig knuckle/ trotter in hot water to remove gamey smell and blood residue
2. Rinse pork knuckle/ trotter in cold water to give a springy texture
3. Soak dried mushroom in water for 1 hour

How to cook:
1. Stir fry peanuts until golden brown
2. Heat up wok, add some oil, add in ginger slices to stir fry
3. Pour in pork knuckle to stir fry
4. Add in some water, followed by oyster sauce and light soya sauce and 1 tsp of sugar
5. Add in mushroom, followed by mushroom
6. Allow it to braise for 20 mins.

Tomato King Prawns with Eggs

Ingredient:
- King Prawns
- Eggs
- Tomatoes

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Beat up 4 eggs and add in some pepper and 1 tsp of soya sauce
2. Cut tomatoes into small dice
3. Peel shell off king prawns and remove away the spine

How to cook:
1. Heat up ample oil, pour in eggs and diced tomatoes
2. Allow eggs to cook till brown, move to one side, add in peeled king prawns to cook
3. Once king prawns are cooked, mix well with eggs and tomatoes
4. Add in tomato and chilli sauce, followed by 1 tsp of sugar

Meat Ball with Black Fungus


Ingredient:
- Minced Meat
- Fish cake
- Black Fungus
- Tomatoes
- Toufu
- French Beans

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate minced meat with sesame oil, soya sauce, pepper, cornflour and roll into a ball
2. Cut fish cake, black fungus, tomatoes, toufu, french beans into smaller pieces.

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, stir fry garlic, add in black fungus, followed by fish cake, french beans and tomatoes to stir fry
2. Add some water to form gravy and then put in minced meat balls to cook

Rice Cooker Macaroni


Ingredient:
- Macaroni
- Sweet Corn
- Chicken Breast Meat
- Fish Toufu

How to cook:
1. Add all ingredient, lest chicken breast and fish toufu, into rice cooker and let it cook til macaroni is ready
2. Add in diced chicken breast and fish toufu to cook for further 5 mins.

Stir Fried French Bean with Minced Meat

Ingredient:
- Mince Meat
- French Bean

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate minced meat with pepper, soya sauce, sesame oil, cornflour, oyster sauce

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, add in garlic
2. Add in minced meat to stir fry
3. Add in french bean to stir fry

Roast Chicken


Ingredient:
- Chicken Drumlets/ Drumstick

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate overnight chicken drumstick with sesame oil, dark soya sauce, oyster sauce, terayaki sauce, black pepper and red wine

How to cook:
1. In Roast (mode 3), roast chicken for 10 mins before turning over to roast for another 10 mins.

Cheese Baked Potato with Ham


Ingredient:
- Potato
- Crabstick
- Ham

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut ham and crabstick into smaller cubes
2. Cut potatoes into smaller cubes and cook in water till soften

How to cook:
1. Add potato cubes, crabstick slices, ham, into baking dish
2. Pour in some milk, add shredded cheese on top
3. Baked until cheese turn slightly brown

Stir Fry King Prawns in XO Sauce

Ingredient:
- King Prawns
- Carrot
- Capsicum

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Peel king prawns off their shells
2. Cut carrot and capsicum into thin slices

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, carrot and capsicum to stir fry
2. Add in peeled king prawns to fry until cook
3. Add in 2 tsp of XO sauce and 1 tsp of oyster sauce and stir evenly

Stir Fry Egg in Tomato Sauce

Ingredient:
- Tomatoes
- Eggs

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut tomatoes into smaller pieces
2. Beat up 3 eggs, add in some soya sauce and pepper, then add in cut tomatoes

How to cook:
1. Pour some oil into wok, allow it to heat up
2. When wok is hot enough, add in egg mixture

3. Allow the egg to cook until it turn light brown underneath, try to flip over to cook the other side of the eggs
4. Add in tomato sauce, follow by some water to make some gravy, add 1 tsp of sugar.
