Dang Gui Chicken Soup

Ingredient:
- Chicken Drumstick
- Carrot
- Onion
- Mushroom
- Herbal Packet
- Dry Scallop

How to cook:
1. Boil water, add in chicken drumsticks, carrot, onion, mushroom and herbal packet and let it cook over medium flame for 2 hours

Tin Foiled Steamed Fish with Black Fungus

Ingredient:
- Fresh Fish
- Red Dates
- Black Fungus

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak black fungus until they expand and cut them into thin strips
2. On a piece of tin toil, place fish on top of it, add 1 tsp of soya sauce and sour plum sauce
3. Lay red dates and black fungus strips over the fish, add 4 tsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil and some pepper
4. Wrapped up the dish

How to cook:
1. Steam for 15 mins

Fried Chicken Dumpling

Ingredient:
- Minced Chicken Meat
- Water Chestnut
- Prawns
- Mango slices
- Dumpling skin

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut water chestnut and prawns into smaller pieces
2. Add cut chestnut and prawns to minced meat and marinate with soya sauce, pepper, sesame oil, hua tiao wine and 1 egg
3. Cut mango slices into smaller cubes
4. Wrapped the minced chicken in the dumpling together with 1 piece of mango cube
How to cook:
1. Fry over wok for 5 mins.

Curry Vegetables

Ingredient:
- Long Beans
- Tou Pok
- Bringjal
- Carrot
- Tomatoes
- Lady Finger
- Cabbage
- Curry Powder
- Carnation Full Cream Milk
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut all vege into smaller pieces
2. Mix curry powder with water to form curry paste

How to cook:
1. Heat up wok, add oil and stir fry chopped onion and garlic
2. Add in curry paste to stir fry
3. Add some water to increase the gravy, followed by cabbage and carrot to stew for 5 mins over medium flame
4. Add in rest of the vegetables to cook for further 10 mins before adding in milk to mix

Cheeze Toast with Scambled Eggs

Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Bread
- Cheese

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Beat up 3 eggs, add some salt and sugar and some milk

How to cook:
1. Fry one side of the bread till light brown, flip it over and lay cheeze over it, sprinkle some sugar over it
2. Continue to pan fry the other side of the bread till light brown
3. Add some oil to pan, pour egg mixture over it and stir when eggs are about to take shape
4. Serve with cherry tomatoes

Pumpkin Minced Pork Brown Rice Porridge


Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Australian Pumpkin
- Brown Rice
- Cuttlefish
- Dried scallop

How to cook:
1. Boil water, add in dried scallop and brown rice
2. After 30 mins, add in pumpkin, followed by minced pork and cuttlefish after a further 15mins
3. Cook for a further 5 mins

Winter Melon and White Mushroom Soup


Ingredient:
- Winter Melon
- White Mushroom
- Pork Ribs
- Carrots

How to cook:
1. Add pork ribs, white mushroom, carrot slices, winter melon into slow cooker and cook for 2 hours on "LOW" mode
2. Add 1 tsp of soya sauce and sesame oil for seasoning

Stir Fried Capsicum with Mushroom


Ingredient:
- Capsicum
- Mushroom
- Dried Shrimplets

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut capsicum, mushroom into strips
2. Soak dried shrimplets in water to soften

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil in wok, add in chopped garlic and dried shrimplet to stir fry
2. Add in mushroom and capsicum to stir fry
3. Add 1 tsp of soya sauce for seasoning

Tin Foil Herbal Chicken

Ingredient:
- Chicken Drumstick
- Herbs
- Mushroom
- Red Dates
- Wolfberries

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut mushroom into thin slices
2. Soak and wash red dates, wolfberries
3. Marinate chicken drumstick in oyster sauce, sugar, soya sauce, hua tiao wine, pepper and plum sauce for 1 hour
4. On a large piece of aluminium foil, lay herbs, sliced mushroom, red dates below, pour chicken drumstick with marinated sauce above,
5. Add more wine/ chicken stock to increase the gravy during steaming later so that herbs can be soaked and cooked to bring out the essence
6. Wrapped up the mixture

How to cook:
1. Steam for 40 mins

Cuttlefish with Sardine in Tomato Sauce

Ingredient:
- Canned Sardine
- Cuttlefish
- Tomatoes
- Onion

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and stir fry onion strips
2. Add in cuttlefish to stir fry
3. Pour in canned sardine
4. Add some tomato sauce, followed by some water and 1 tsp of sugar

Fresh Wild Yam with Peanut Soup

Ingredient:
- Fresh Wild Yam (Huai Shan)
- Carrot
- Red Dates
- Peanut
- Chicken Wings/ Pork Ribs

How to cook:
1. Boil water and add in chicken wings/ pork ribs and peanuts
2. Add in carrot, huai shan and red dates and cook over medium fire for 1 hour
3. Add 1 tsp of soya sauce for seasoning.

Sandwiches


Onion Omelette and Tomato Sandwich
How to cook:
1. Fried diced onions and coat with beaten eggs
2. Add tomatoes to the base of bread and laid onion omelette on top

Salmon/ Tuna/ Sardine Sandwich
1. Spread canned salmon/ tuna and mashed sardine meat on top of bread


Ham and Cheese Sandwich
How to cook:
1. Cook ham in boiling water
2. Spread Cheese over bread and placed cooked ham over cheese

Stir Fried Macaroni with Pork and Red Pepper


Ingredient:
- Macaroni
- Red Pepper
- Lean Pork
- Fish Cake
- Raisin
- Cai Xin

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut lean meat, red pepper and fish cake into thin slices
2. Soak macaroni in water to soften

How to cook:
1. Warm oil, add in garlic bits to stir fry for fragrance
2. Add in lean pork to stir fry, followed by red pepper and fish cake
3. Add in cai xin last to stir fry, followed by 1 tsp of soya sauce, sesame oil and some pepper
4. Add in some water to increase gravy, pour in macaroni to cook
5. Add some butter in to thicken the gravy
6. Add some raisin to briefly stir fry

6 Star Fried Bee Hoon

Ingredient:
- Bee Hoon
- Fish Cake
- Prawns
- Cai Xin
- Canned Pork Leg
- Eggs
- Silver Fish
- Carrot
- Brown Mushroom

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak Bee Hoon in water to soften
2. Cut carrot and fish cake into fine strips
3. Beat up eggs and mix with silver fish
4. Peel prawns and slit the back of the prawns

How to cook:
1. Warm wok, add oil to pan fry silver fish in eggs, put aside first
2. Warm oil to fry garlic bits, add in carrot strips and fish cake to stir fry
3. Add in brown mushroom to stir fry, followed by prawns
4. Pour in canned pork leg to stir fry, remove bones and cut pork leg meat into small bits
5. Add in cai xin to stir fry, add 1 tsp of soya sauce, 1 tsp of oyster sauce and some pepper
6. Add in bee hoon to stir fry and allow bee hoon to absorb the gravy
7. Add in fried eggs to mix with bee hoon
