Astragalus (Bei Qi) Lotus Soup

Ingredient:
- Chicken Feet
- Black beans
- Bei Qi
- Red dates
- Lotus Root


How to cook:
1. Boil Water, put everything together, semi-boil for 45 mins to 1 hr, add a bit of salt for flavouring

Grilled Bacon Roll

Ingredient:
- red snapper
- White onion
- Bacon


Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut red snapper into slices
2. Marinate sliced red snapper with soya sauce, pepper, sesame oil, egg white
3. Roll bacon with red snapper and onion


How to cook:
1. Heat oven to 180 degree, grill for 10 mins

Fried Potato Balls


Ingredient:
- Pototoes
- Carrot
- Water Chestnut
- Green Peas
- Mushroom
- Toufu

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Boil Potato
2. Peel off skin
3. Mash the potato
4. Add in toufu, egg york, chopped carrot, chopped water chestnut, chopped mushroom, green peas pepper, salt, cornflour
5. Stir mixture thoroughly and roll into ball


How to cook:
1. Heat oil to 170 degree, then deep fry the potato ball

White Rice Fish with Cabbage and Toufu Soup

Ingredient:
- White rice fish
- Toufu
- Cabbage

How to cook:
1. Stir fry ginger slice
2. Add in white rice fish to stir fry
3. Add in water to boil for 5 mins
4. Add in toufu and cabbage to cook for another 10 mins, add some salt

Fried Garlic Sprout with Chinese Sausage

Ingredient:
- Chinese Sausage & Moist Chinese Sausage (darker in color)
- Chilli
- Garlic Sprout

How to cook:
1. Blanch sausage in hot water and skin
2. Cut sausage into slices
3. Stir Fry garlic, followed by chopped chilli
4. Add in sliced sausage to stir fry until there is aroma
5. Add in garlic sprouts to stir fry
6. Add in some water/ chicken stock, follow by soya sauce, sugar and glutinous rice wine

Fried Rice

Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Char Siew
- French Bean
- Cooked Rice

How to cook:
1. Garnish garlic then stir fry chopped french beans
2. Push french bean to one side to fry beaten eggs in main area
3. Stir before eggs can cook to get small cubes of eggs
4. Add in char siew to stir fry
5. Add in rice to stir fry and add pepper and some salt

Pan Fried Minced Pork with Lotus Root

Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Lotus Root

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut lotus root into small dices
2. Add to minced pork and marinate with sugar, soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper, egg york and cornflour
3. Make into patty shape

How to cook:
1. Steam for 5 mins
2. Pan fried until crispy brown
