Apple Corn Soup


Ingredient:
- Sweet Corn
- Apples
- Carrot
- Tomatoes
- Pork Ribs

How to cook:
1. Boil water and add in pork ribs
2. Add in sweet corn
3. Add in carrot after 15 mins
4. Add in apples after 30 mins
5. Add in tomatoes 5 mins before soup is ready (total 1 hr of cooking)
6. Add in 1 tsp of soya sauce

Noh Hiang

Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Eggs
- Spring Garlic
- Red Chilli
- Water Chestnut
- Mushroom
- Beancurd Skin

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut water chestnut and mushroom into fine cubes
2. Cut spring garlic and chilli into very fine slices
3. Marinate minced pork with pepper, oyster sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil, cornflour.
4. Add in chopped chestnut, chilli, spring garlic, mushroom, mix and add in eggs to make mixture moist.
5. Cut beancurd skin into smaller squares 
6. Start to wrap the noh hiang

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, pan fried or deep fried noh hiang

Steamed Egg with Minced Meat, Mushroom and Crab Stick

Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Minced Meat
- Mushroom
- Crab Stick

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut mushroom and crab stick into thin slices
2. Marinate minced pork with pepper, soya sauce and cornflour
3. Beat up eggs, add in some water and minced pork, stir and add some soya sauce and pepper

How to cook:
1. Boil water and steam eggs
2. After 5 min, open up to add in sliced mushroom
3. After 10 mins, add in sliced crabstick
4. Continue to steam for another 5mins

Stir Fried Egg Noodle

Ingredient:
- Egg Noodle
- Pork
- Cai Xin
- Carrot
- Fish cake

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cook egg noodle in boiling water to soften it
2. Shred carrot
3. Cut fish cake and pork into smaller slices
4. Wash and cut cai xin into smaller pieces

How to cook:
1. Heat oil and garnish garlic
2. Add in pork to stir fry
3. Add in carrot to stir fry, follow by cai xin, lastly add in fish cake
4. Add in egg noodle to stir fry
5. Add some pepper and soya sauce as seasoning

Pumpkin Carrot Soup

Ingredient:
- Australian Pumpkin
- White Carrot
- Red Carrot
- Pork Ribs

How to cook:
1. Cut red and white carrots, pumpkin into smaller slices
2. Boil water, add in pork ribs
3. Add in white carrot
4. After 15mins, add in red carrot
5. After 45 mins, add in pumpkin

Sweet and sour Cod Fish with Prawns




Ingredient:
- Cod Fish
- XL size prawns
- Green, Red & Yellow Pepper
- Mango
- Water Chestnut (optional)

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Remove skin of cod fish, then cut into cubes
2. Peel shell of prawns, make a slice on the back of the prawns
3. Cut green, red & yellow pepper and mango into smaller cubes
4. Prepare corn starch solution

How to cook:
1. Coat some tempura flour/ crispy flour onto the fish and prawn and deep fry to 80% cooked, set aside first
2. Heat oil and garnish garlic
3. Add in peppers and mango to stir fry
4. Add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 3 tsp of tomato sauce, then add 1 tsp of sugar
5. Add in fried prawns and cod fish to stir fry
6. Add in corn starch solution to create the gravy

Steamed Egg with Fried Minced Meat and Pickles


Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Eggs
- Milk
- Wolfberry
- Mushroom
- Canned Pickles

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut pickles and mushroom into small cubes
2. Soak wolfberry in water to soften
3. Marinate minced pork with soya sauce, pepper, cornflour
4. Cut some garlic
5. Beat up eggs and add in milk

How to cook:
1. Heat oil and garnish garlic
2. Add in Marinated Mince Pork to stir fry for 10 mins, add in some sugar
3. Add in mushroom, wolfberry and pickles to stir fry for another 5 mins
4. Scoop the mixture into a small bowl
5. Steam eggs for about 10 mins
6. Once eggs are steamed, spread mixture over the surface
