Rainbow Dish



Ingredient:
- Salmon Steak
- Eggs
- Mushroom
- Purple Sweet Potato
- Carrot
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Blueberries
- Avocado Puree

Prepare the Ingredient:
1. Cut carrot and sweet potatoes into slices and cook in boiling water till they are soften.
2. Beat up eggs and add butter

How to cook:
1. Pan fry salmon steak in oil until cooked
2. Add in beaten eggs to cook and make scramble eggs
3. Add in garlic to garnish, add in mushroom to stir fry follow by adding butter to stir fry

Stir Fried Oyster Sauce Prawn in Mee Kia


Ingredient:
- Tiger Prawns
- Mee Kia
- Vege

Prepare the Ingredient:
1. Peel shell off prawns and marinate in oyster sauce, dark soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper
2. Wash and cut vege

How To Cook:
1. Cook Mee Kia in Boiling Water, together with Vege, add some olive oil to the cooked noodle
2. Heat up oil in wok, add in chopped garlic, add in marinated prawn to stir fry until cooked
3. Pour the rest of the seasoning in and continue to stir fry
4. Add some water to create more gravy
5. Pour the dish over the mee kia

Chocolate Braised Pork Belly



Ingredient:
- Pork Belly
- Chicken Drumstick
- Chocolate

Prepare the Ingredient:
1. Cut pork belly into smaller slices
2. Marinate pork belly, chicken wings with dark soya sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pepper, garlic clove for half hour

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, add in marinated meat to fry
2. Add in water, cook for 45 mins until pork belly is tender
3. Add in chocolate to melt off

Salmon Fried Rice



Ingredient:
- Salmon
- French Beans
- Garlic
- Butter
- Cooked Rice
- Eggs
- Fish Balls

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut salmon & fish balls into dices
2. Cut french beans into smaller pieces
3. Beat up 3 eggs, add soya sauce and pepper

How to cook:
1. Heat up olive oil, add in beaten eggs, stir when eggs start to solidify
2. Add in some more olive oil, add some salt, add in french beans to stir fry
3. Add in salmon and fish ball to continue to stir fry
4. Put some butter on cooked rice before adding to wok to stir fry

Stir Fry Scallop with Capsicum and French Beans



Ingredient:
- Scallop
- Orange Capsicum
- French Beans
- Eggs

How to cook?
1. Heat up oil, stir fry eggs and leave aside of wok
2. Add more oil to garnish garlic
3. Add in scallop to stir fry
4. Add in chopped capsicum and french beans to stir fry

Butter Garlic Fried Rice


Ingredient:
- Cooked Rice
- Garlic
- Butter
- Eggs
- Spring Onion

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and pour beaten eggs to cook, stir half cooked eggs to make scrambled eggs and leave aside on wok
2. Add in chopped garlic and add olive oil 
3. Sprinkle some salt and add in butter to melt
4. Add in rice to stir fry
5. Add in some pepper and chopped spring onions

Stir Fry Chicken Slices with Red Pepper and Pumpkin



Ingredient:
- Chicken Breast
- Red Pepper
- Pumpkin
- French Bean

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut chicken breast into thin slices
2. Marinate with salt and pepper and cornflour just before pan fry

How to cook:
1. In a non stick pan, add some olive oil and pan fry chicken slices until golden brown
2. Remove chicken slices and add in garlic slices to stir fry
3. Add in french beans, sliced pumpkin and red pepper slices to stir fry
4. Add some water, follow by 1 tsp each of tomato and chill sauce, add 1 tsp of soya sauce
5. Add in chicken slices into mixture to continue stir fry

Red Glutinous Wine Mee Sua


Ingredient:
- Pork (Sliced or diced)
- Red Glutinous Wine Lees
- Mee Sua
- Lady Finger
- Mushroom
- Tomatoes

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate sliced pork in red glutinous wine lees, blended ginger, soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper
2. Cut lady finger into smaller slices

How to cook:
1. Heat up olive oil in pan, stir fry some garlic bits
2. Add in marinated pork to stir fry
3. Add in mushroom, lady finger to stir fry
4. Add wine and water, let it heat for 5mins
5. Add in Mee Sua to cook, follow by cherry tomatoes

Stir Fry Egg Noodle



Ingredient:
- Egg Noodle
- Lady Finger
- Carrot
- Mushroom
- Eggs
- Fish

How to cook:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add in egg noodle till soften
2. Heat up wok, add in oil, add in beaten eggs, stir when almost solidify to make egg pieces
3. Add some more oil and stir fry garlic, add in fish slices to stir fry
4. Add in carrot, lady finger and mushroom, continue to stir fry
5. Add in some dark soya sauce, some sesame oil, some salt to taste
6. Add in cooked egg noodle and mix the all ingredient

Mee Sua Soup with Fish & Vege



Ingredient:
- Mee Sua
- Ikan Bilis
- Brocoli
- Lady Finger
- Fish Ball
- Threadfin Fillet
- Pork Bones
- Carrot

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate sliced threadfin fillet with pepper, sesame oil, cooking wine, soya sauce, minced ginger
2. Cut brocoli, carrot & lady finger into smaller slices

How to cook:
1. Stir Fry Ikan Bilis in Pot
2. Add in 2 bowls of water and bring to boil
3. Parboil pork bones in hot water to get rid of stench, put into the soup to cook for 45 mins
4. Add in brocoli and lady finger in to cook
5. Add in fish balls and fish meat to cook

Braised Pork Belly with Black Fungus



Ingredient: 
- Pork Belly
- Black Fungus
- Beancurd
- Dried Shrimplet
- Mushroom
- Niao Gao

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut pork belly into smaller slices and marinate with dark soya sauce, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil, together with unpeeled garlic
2. Soak dried mushroom and shrimplet to soften

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and add in dried shrimplet to stir fry
2. Add in marinated pork belly and continue to stir fry
3. Add water, mushroom, niao gao and dark soya sauce and let it stew for further 30 mins
4. Add in black fungus and beancurd and it stew for further 15 mins
5. Add some cooking oil before serving

Red Glutinous Wine Chicken


Ingredient:
- Chicken Leg Meat (Deboned)
- Red Glutinous Wine Lees
- Red Glutinous Wine or Shao Xing Wine or Hua Diao Wine

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut chicken leg meat into smaller pieces
2. Marinade with 1 tsp of red glutinous wine lees and wine

How to cook:
1. Heat up sesame oil
2. Add in few slices of ginger to stir fry
3. Add in marinated chicken pieces to stir fry, add in 1 tsp of red glutinous red wine lees and continue to stir fry
4. Add in 1 tsp of wine and cook until chicken is fully cooked.
