Baked Potato Mushroom Omelette


Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Mushroom
- Blueberry
- Raisins
- Potato

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut potato into smaller cubes and cook in hot water until soften
2. Cut mushroom into smaller cubes
3. Beat up eggs, add pepper, soya sauce, sesame oil and all other ingredients

How to cook:
1. Use Auto Bake mode (for pies), bake for 10 mins after oven is preheated, until the surface of the omelette is golden brown

Braised Chicken with Black Fungus and Needle Mushroom


Ingredient:
- Chicken Drumstick
- Black Fungus
- Needle Mushroom

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak black fungus and remove the core
2. Marinate chicken in dark soya sauce, pepper, sesame oil

How to cook:
1. Heat up claypot, add in chicken drumstick, black fungus and needle mushroom and cook over medium flame for half hour

Terayaki Butter Mushroom


Ingredient:
- Mushroom
- Butter

How to cook:
1. Melt butter in pan, add in minced garlic
2. Add in mushroom to stir fry, add in terayaki sauce when mushroom is cooked.

Lotus Root Wild Yam Soup


Ingredient:
- Lotus Root
- Wild Yam
- Carrot
- Pork Ribs

How to cook:
1. Bring water to boil, add in pork ribs, lotus root, carrot and wild yam and let it cook for 1 hour
2. Add some salt for flavouring

Butter Top Shell with Mushroom

Ingredient:
- Canned Abalone Top Shell
- Straw Mushroom
- Portobello Mushroom

How to cook:
1. Melt Butter in pan, add in minced garlic to pan fry
2. Add in diced mushrooms to stir fry, follow by diced top shell
3. Add in 1 tsp of butter to stir fry until it melts

Grilled Chicken


Ingredient:
- Chicken Drumstick

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate chicken for 3 hours with oil, soya sauce, pepper, oyster sauce, sesame oil and red wine
2. Spread barbecue sauce over chicken

How to cook:
1. Place in oven, used mixed grill (high) mode and grill for 20 mins, flip over after 10 mins

Salmon Soup



Ingredient:
- Salmon
- Dried Anchovies (Ikan Bilis)
- Shrimplets
- Dried Scallop (Big)
- Honey Dates
- Fish Toufu
- Crabstick
- Crab Balls
- Cai Xin
- Sweet Corn

How to cook:
1. Boil 2 bowls of water in claypot, add in dried anchovies, 1 tray of shrimplets (with shells), 1 big dried scallop, sweet corn and 4 honey dates and cook for 1.5 hours.
2. Add some pepper, 1 tsp of soya sauce and sesame oil to enhance flavour
3. Add crab balls, fish toufu, crab stick followed by cai xin and sliced salmon and cook for 3 mins

Chicken Chop with Mixed Fruits and Stawberry Sauce

Ingredient:
- Chicken Drumstick Meat
- Stawberry
- Lychee
- Kiwi

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut lychee, kiwi, stawberry into smaller pieces
2. Cut stawberry into fine bits for making stawberry sauce
3. Coat chicken drumstick meat with tempura flour

How to cook:
1. In a pot, add in stawberry bits and some water and bring it to boil until all stawberry melted, add in some sugar
2. Pan fry chicken chop with butter and pour strawberry sauce over it
3. Lay mixed fruits beside chicken chop

Steamed Lychee Minced Meat

Ingredient:
- Lychee
- Minced Meat

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Peel lychee and remove seed
2. Marinate minced meat with pepper, soya sauce, pepper, sesame oil and cornflour
3. Stuff minced meat into lychee

How to cook:
1. Steam for 15 mins

[Add carrot strips or spring onion into minced meat to beautify]

Stir Fried Scallop and Asparagus in XO Sauce

Ingredient:
- Fresh Scallop
- Asparagus
- Carrot
- XO Sauce

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut carrot into thin slices, asparagus into smaller pieces
2. Marinade scallops in corn starch, sesame oil and 1 tsp of oyster sauce

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil and stir fry garlic bits
2. Add in carrot slices and asparagus strips to stir fry
3. Add in scallop to stir fry
4. Add 2 tsp of XO sauce and 1 tsp of oyster sauce to stir fry and spread the sauce evenly

Sabu Sabu Mushroom Rice

Ingredient:
-Sabu Sabu Pork Belly
- White Mushroom
- Cooked Rice

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut Shabu Shabu into smaller pieces, marinate with oyster sauce, soya sauce, pepper and sesame oil.
2. Cut garlic and onion into smaller pieces.

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, add in onion bits to stir fry, followed by garlic bits
2. Add in sabu sabu pork slices to stir fry, followed by white mushroom
3. Add in 1 tsp of oyster sauce, add in 2 tsp of teriyaki sauce and some pepper
4. Serve with white rice
