Pork Meatball Recipe


Ingredient
- Minced Pork (Choose Thigh, 腿肉)
- Deep Sea Flounder Fish Slices
- Garlic
- Onion 
- Ginger Powder 
- Egg

Prepare the Ingredients:
1. Cook flounder fish slices in hot water and wait for it to cool
2. In a bowl of minced meat, add 1 egg, follow by marinate with oyster sauce, ginger powder, sesame oil, black pepper
3. Add in some chopped onions and minced garlic
4. Add in cooled fish slices to meat balls and stir

Uses:
1. Pan Fry (Coat some cornflour on both side before pan fry in wok with oil)
2. Braised Meat (Lionhead Meatballs)
3. Steam with Toufu
4. Soup
