Baked Cod Fish



Ingredient:
- Frozen Cod Fish

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate both side of code fish with black pepper, 1 tsp of soya sauce, 1 tsp of terrayaki sauce, red wine for 1 hour
2. Spread some BBQ sauce on top of cod fish before baking

How to cook:
1. Tune to Bake Mode - Cookies and bake cod fish for 15mins

Black Chicken Herbal Soup

Ingredient:
- Black Chicken
- Chinese Herbs
- Black Chicken Tonic Sachet

How to cook:
1. Boil water in claypot
2. Add in black chicken tonic sachet, chinese herbs and black chicken to cook for 1.5 hours 

Pumpkin Fried Rice

Ingredient:
- Pumpkin
- Eggs
- Char Siew
- Fish Toufu
- Kailan

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cook rice and leave in fridge (uncovered) overnight
2. Cut Kailan stalk into small slices
3. Cut fish toufu, char siew and pumpkin into small cubes

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, fry eggs and leave aside
2. Heat up oil, add in garlic bit and allow garlic to brown
3. Add in sliced kailan stalks, pumpkin cubes to stir fry
4. Add in fish toufu and char siew to stir fry and add in fried eggs, mix all ingredient around
5. Add in rice to stir fry
6. Add in pepper, fish sauce and some tomato sauce to stir fry until uniform

Steamed Toufu with Minced Prawn and Mushroom

Ingredient:
- Prawn
- Canned Mushroom
- Toufu

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut prawn and canned mushroom into smaller pieces, mix together and season with some salt, pepper, sesame oil and cornflour
2. Add some sliced mushroom over toufu
3. Spread prawn mixture over toufu

How to cook:
1. Steam for 10 mins.

Terayaki Salmon with Eggs

Ingredient:
- Salmon Belly Fillet
- Eggs
- Terayaki Sauce

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Coat salmon belly fillet with flour

How to cook:
1. Add some oil to non-stick pan, crack in eggs to fry, place eggs on plate
2. Melt some butter in pan, add in salmon belly fillet to pan fry (skin down first) till cooked
3. Add in terayaki sauce and wait for sauce to heat up
4.  Transfer salmon fillet onto the plate with pan fried eggs and pour the sauce over

Mixed Grill

Ingredient:
- Salmon
- Chicken Thigh Meat
- Prawn
- Pumpkin

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate chicken with soya sauce, pepper, sesame oil and terrayaki sauce

How to cook:
1. Grill chicken and pumpkin for 10 mins, followed by salmon and prawns for another 5 mins
