Lotus Leaf Wrapped Chicken with Pumpkin

Ingredient:
- Chicken Thigh
- Lotus Leaf
- Pumpkin
- Mushroom

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate chicken with pepper, sugar, corn flour, salt, soya sauce, hua tiao wine, egg white for 10 mins
2. Cut mushroom and pumpkin into thin slices
3. On a piece of chicken thigh meat, add some sliced mushroom and sliced pumpkin, wrapped up the lotus leaf (greener side should face down)

How to cook:
4. Steamed for 20 mins
