Stir Fried Turnip, Carrot and Cabbage
Ingredient:
- Carrot
- Cabbage
- turnip
- dried shrimplet
- red onion
- garlic
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut red onion and garlic into fine cubes
2. Cut cabbage, carrot and turnip into fine stripes
3. Soak dried shrimplet in water to soften them
How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, stir fry onion....followed by garlic
2. Add in shrimplet to continue to stir fry
3. Add in shredded carrot to stir fry, follow by cabbage and turnp
4. Add in some water, some pepper, soya sauce and oyster sauce and continue to stir fry
5. Leave it to stew for few mins
