Steamed Toufu with Minced Pork and Tomatoes

Ingredient:
- Toufu
- Minced Pork
- Prawns
- Tomatoes
- Mushrooms

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut prawns and mushroom into very small cubes
2. Mix diced mushroom and prawn with minced pork, add in soya sauce, oyster sauce, seasame oil, pepper and corn flour
3. Cut tomatoes into thin slices

How to cook:
1. Spread tomatoes slices over plate as base layer
2. Place whole piece of toufu on top of tomatoes
3. Spread minced pork mixture over toufu
4. Steam over medium high flame for 15 mins
