Steamed Sea Cucumber Pork Wrap
Ingredient:
- Mince Meat
- Water Chestnut
- Fried Red Onion
- Mushroom
- Sea Cucumber
Prepare the Ingredient:
1. Mixed minced meat with fine mushroom cubes, fried onion, salt, sugar, hua tiao wine, soya sauce, corn starch, pepper, smash mixture against bowl, marinate for 10 mins
2. Wipe mositure off sea cucumber then spread interior with corn starch, lay mixture over it, make it into a wrap
How to cook:
1. Steam sea cucumber wrap for 20 mins
2. When sea cucumber wrapped is ready, cut into smaller slices, add wolfberry on top
3. Add in some oil, add in flour and stir the mixture
4. Add in chicken stock, mushroom water, salt, soya sauce and continue stirring until mixture thicken, spread over sliced sea cucumber wrap
