Pan-Fried Chicken Chop
Ingredient:
- Chicken Thigh
- Mirin
- Sakae
- Japanese Soya sauce
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Marinate chicken thigh by adding 1 bowl of mirin, 1 bowl of mirin, 1 bowl of jap soya sauce, sugar and some lime slice, marinate for 30 mins
2. Cut garlic into small cubes, pan fried till golden brown
How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, pan fried marinated chicken chop till golden brown
2. Heat up the marinated sauce, add in pan fried chopped garlic cubes and some butter to thicken the mixture
3. Pour gravy over pan fried chicken
