Ingredient:
- Lotus Roots
- Peanut
- Pork Ribs
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak peanuts overnight
How to cook:
1. Boil water, add in pork ribs and peanut
2. Cook over medium flame for half hour, add in sliced lotus roots
3. Cook for another 1 hour, add 1 teaspoon of soya sauce as seasoning
