Fried Meatball


Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Water chestnut
- Egg
- Corn Flour
- Prawn

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Peel skin off waterchestnut and cut into small pieces
2. Mixed waterchestnut with minced pork
3. Add in dark soya sauce and pepper
4. Mix thoroughly, add in egg
5. Mix corn flour into mixture
6. Roll into small balls and add in small piece of prawn in the center

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil
2. Put in meatballs to slowly fry till golden brown
