Crispy Pumpkin Wedges


 
Ingredient:
- Australian Pumpkin
- Minced meat
- Prawn
- Water chestnut

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut pumpkin into smaller size, slit the middle to allow stuff of meat
2. Minced prawn, cut water chestnut into smaller portion
3. Mixed together with minced meat, add hua tiao wine, soya sauce, corn flour
4. Add tempura flour, egg, salt, sugar to make tempura mix

How to cook:
1. Stuff minced meat combo into middle of pumpkin
2. Coat with tempura mix and fry
