Fish Ball Mushroom Tower


Ingredient:
- Fish Ball
- Mushroom
- Minced Pork
- Tomatoes

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut fish ball and mushroom into small dice
2. Add minced pork to diced mushroom and fish ball and add the following seasoning; pepper, sesame oil, oyster sauce, cornflour, sugar and mix thoroughly (smash mixture against bowl)
3. Add some cornflour on top of mushroom, add mixture on top of mushroom, add some cornflour again, then add half sliced of fishball on top, finally top up with a wolfberry

How to cook:
1. Steam for 15 mins
2. Can add egg gravy on top of the steamed dish

Note: Replaced Mushroon base with Tomato as the mushroom taste is too overwhelming.
